Heidi Pope

Heidi Pope is an accomplished technology and analytics leader with a strong background in workforce management implementation and client collaboration. As the Director of IT, Innovation & Analytics at Gateway Dealer Network since July 2021, Heidi has established the IT department from inception, developing strategic policies and processes. Prior roles include Workforce Analytics Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, where Heidi enhanced operational efficiency through successful WFM system implementations, and Workforce Operations & Analytics Manager at Wells Fargo, focusing on workforce efficiency and process redesign amidst economic changes. Earlier experience includes managing workforce systems at Marketing Alternatives and coordinating international sales at GSI Group, Inc. Heidi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Illinois Springfield.
