Andrew Prochnow

Andrew Prochnow has extensive experience in the field parts and service management within the Bobcat Company, having served as District Parts and Service Manager since August 1998. Previous roles include District Service Manager, where responsibilities included managing a multi-state territory, enhancing dealership relationships, providing product training, and overseeing warranty management. Additionally, Andrew volunteered as Chapter President for the Ankeny NWTF from January 2008 to January 2016, facilitating youth education about outdoor skills. Earlier experience includes working as a Service Technician at Swanston Equipment, focusing on diesel-powered Bobcat construction equipment repairs. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Business Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from William Penn University, along with an Associate of Science in Diesel Mechanics Technology from North Dakota State College of Science.
