Chad Wolcott

Chad Wolcott is an experienced parts technical advisor with a robust background in the heavy machinery industry. Currently serving as Parts Technical Advisor Lead at Bobcat Company since April 2024, Chad assists dealers in North America with orders, parts support, and returns while helping locate parts based on machine serial numbers. Prior experience includes nearly nine years at Doosan Industrial Vehicle America Corporation as a Parts Technical Advisor, where similar responsibilities were performed for both North and Latin American dealers. Chad has held various roles at Doosan Infracore Construction Equipment of America, including Attachments Team Lead and Special Programs Coordinator, where responsibilities involved overseeing order processing, inventory management, and coordinating with sales divisions. Earlier experience includes a role as Parts and Warehouse Coordinator at Heavy Machines Inc and Warehouse Inventory Control at Doosan Infracore America. Chad holds a Technical Diploma from Central Gwinnett High School, acquired between 1994 and 1998.
