Mike Rebilas

Mike Rebilas is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in quality systems and logistics management. Currently serving as the Global SDE Quality Systems Leader at Bobcat Company, Mike oversees Supplier Performance Management systems and Lean Six Sigma processes, enhancing supplier development. Previously, Mike held various leadership roles at Ingersoll Rand, where achievements included program management of logistics integration, delivering significant productivity improvements through strategic sourcing and competitive bidding. Mike's career also includes key positions at John Deere, focusing on process improvement and savings in supply chain operations, and contributions to plant start-ups at Draftex. Mike Rebilas holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Technology from Buffalo State University and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), and other quality management credentials.
