Philippe Rodriguez

Philippe Rodriguez has extensive experience in human resources, having held various positions from 2014 to the present. Philippe's career includes roles such as Chairman at Association XV Audencia, HR Assistant at Terres des Templiers, Recruitment Officer at Amaris, and Junior HR Consultant at UMANOVE. Philippe's experience further extends to multiple roles at Amazon, including Program Manager for Global HR processes, Senior Admin HR/Payroll, and HR Business Partner, culminating in a current position as HR People Partner at Bobcat Company since June 2024. Philippe holds a Master’s in Management with a major in Human Resources from Audencia Business School and completed an exchange semester in Business & Management at Nihon University.
