Aaron Baugh

Aaron Baugh is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the building and construction industry. Currently serving as Principal and Vice President of Sales at Bobier Sales Inc since May 2019, Baugh previously held the position of Director of Sales for Residential New Construction in the U.S. and Canada at Rinnai America Corporation, where significant achievements included managing the Residential and Multifamily segments, focusing on the top 200 residential homebuilders, and receiving the AAA Supplier of the Year award from David Weekley Homes. Baugh's prior roles also include National Account Manager at Springs Window Fashions, Strategic Accounts Manager at Delta Faucet Company, and various sales-oriented positions at Kohler Co. and Syngenta. Baugh holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Construction Management Certificate from Arizona State University.
