Jordan Reed is an experienced engineering and operational excellence professional with a robust background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Engineering and Plant Facilities at Bob's Red Mill since April 2023, Reed previously held positions as Senior Manager of Operational Excellence at both BENCHMADE and Ulven Companies Inc. Expertise includes project management and advisory support for ERP, QMS, and AP Automation solutions at Talon Consulting and a strong foundation in quality assurance, process improvement, and strategic direction stemming from an early career with industrial engineering internships at Intel Corporation. Reed holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University.
