Scott Norris

Scott Norris possesses extensive experience in the packaging industry, currently serving as a Product Performance Coach at BOBST since November 2016. Previously, Scott held the position of Supervisor at PCA (formerly TimBar Packaging & Display) from February 2015 to November 2016, where Scott achieved a plant record for production speed and received a Platinum Performance Award from BHS. Prior roles include Converting Lead/Acting Supervisor at KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation, where responsibilities included enforcing safety regulations and coordinating production activities, and Corrugator Lead/Acting Supervisor at International Paper, focusing on safety, quality, and manufacturing excellence. Scott's career began with six years of service as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps.
