Frank Lee

Frank Lee, CFA, FRM, LLB, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Investment Risk at BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited since September 2023. Prior to this role, Frank held the position of Associate Director in Credit Risk Management at CLSA from May 2021 to September 2023, and Assistant Vice President in Derivatives Trading Operation at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) from May 2018 to May 2021. Frank's earlier experience includes roles as Credit Risk Manager in Credit Portfolio Management & Limit Monitoring and Business Strategy Manager in Global Markets - Business Control at Bank of China (Hong Kong), and as a Training Specialist at Standard Chartered Bank. Frank holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London, a Master of Science (MSc) in Statistics from The University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics & Finance from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
