Christopher Spitz is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining and catering. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Boca Grove Plantation since July 2016, Christopher has previously held the role of Executive Chef at Palm Beach Catering from October 2013 to July 2016, and gained valuable experience as a Sous Chef at Frenchmans Reserve Golf and Country Club from April 2011 to December 2012. Prior to these positions, Christopher worked as Executive Sous Chef at Fountains Golf and Country Club from September 2005 to April 2011 and served as Executive Chef at Atlantis Golf Club Inc from August 1998 to May 2005. Christopher Spitz holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Joliet Community College, earned between 1982 and 1984.
