Ari Wirtschafter

Ari Wirtschafter has extensive experience in the medical field, currently serving as President and Chief of Medical Staff at Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital since June 2003. In addition to leadership roles such as Vice President of Medical Staff and Chief of the Department of Surgery at the same institution, Ari Wirtschafter is a Co-Chairman and member of the Executive Board at ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida, the largest single specialty private practice ENT group in the U.S. Since November 2008, Ari Wirtschafter has contributed to the Medical Advisory Board for First Coast Service Options, Inc., representing ENT interests across Florida, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Ari Wirtschafter also held the position of Assistant Professor at Florida Atlantic University's College of Medicine from June 2014 to December 2022 and was the Past-President of the Florida Society of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery from November 2011 to November 2012. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine degree from Thomas Jefferson University and a Bachelor's degree in Medical Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania.
