Joseph Barone

Joseph Barone has extensive experience in the fitness and spa industry. Joseph served as the Director of Fitness, Aquatic and Spa Operations at Boca West Country Club, Inc. starting in August 1994. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Barone Spa and Fitness Consulting Group, a position they held from January 1992.

Joseph Barone has a strong educational background in the field of exercise and sports science, with an emphasis on cardiac rehabilitation and adult fitness. Joseph obtained a Master's Degree in Exercise and Sports Science with an emphasis in Cardiac Rehabilitation from Wake Forest University in 1983-1984. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's Degree in Business Management from the University of Florida in 1978-1979. Joseph went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation and Business Management from Florida State University, which they completed in 1979-1981. Lastly, they obtained a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in Adult Fitness from the University of South Florida in 1985-1986.
