Rebecca DiMassa

Rebecca DiMassa has over fifteen years of experience in the recruitment and talent management field. Rebecca began their career in 2006 as a Senior Account Manager at First Republic Bank, where they managed client relationships of high net-worth company founders and their principals.

In 2013, they joined Yelp.com as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for full cycle recruitment of product managers, software engineers, and UI/UX. Rebecca also built Yelp's Associate Product Manager and PM Internship program, which grew the team 300% and 250% for APM and PM Intern roles, respectively, in 2015.

In 2018, Rebecca joined Kandidate as a Senior Business and Technical Recruiter, where they partnered with high growth tech companies as their sole recruiter and was responsible for rapidly scaling teams across multiple business units.

In 2020, Rebecca took on the role of Head of Talent at BibliU, where they managed the entire recruitment function across multiple business units. In 2021, they took on Senior Talent Partner roles at both Chronomics and Coconut.

Currently, Rebecca is a Senior Talent Partner at Boclips, a role they have held since 2022.

Rebecca DiMassa graduated from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance.
