Cindy Zhu has extensive experience in the quality and customer service sectors, primarily with BoConcept from July 2006 to the present. Currently serving as Quality Support, Cindy has handled claim processes for upholstery and onboard furniture across over 50 countries. Previous roles include Customer Service Support Specialist and Customer Service representative for various Asian markets, as well as Quality Manager and Operation Manager, where key responsibilities included establishing quality standards and warehouse operations. Prior experience includes positions as Quality Supervisor at Shanghai Trayton Trading Co. Ltd. and English teacher at Changzhou Vocational High School. Cindy holds a Bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Nanjing Normal University.
