Nicholle Grunsky

Nicholle Grunsky is an experienced professional in operations and customer success, currently serving as Manager of Operations and Customer Success at Bōde since July 2021, after progressing through roles including Team Lead and Senior Customer Success Specialist. Prior to this, Nicholle worked at Kult Fitness as a Business Development Assistant and Group Fitness Instructor from December 2018 to August 2021. Additionally, Nicholle gained valuable experience at JVF Developments Ltd. as a Project Coordinator and Project Administrator from April 2017 to September 2020. Nicholle holds a Master of Management (MMgmt) in Business Administration and Management from the Haskayne School of Business, completed in 2021, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from the University of Calgary, earned in 2016.
