Cindi Andrews

Cindi Andrews started their career as a Copy Editor at the Burlington Free Press in 1992. Cindi then worked as a Reporter and Copy Editor at the News & Record from 1993 to 1997. Cindi joined the Cincinnati Enquirer as a Reporter and Copy Editor in 1997, where they remained until 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they served as an Editor for Women's Business Cincinnati. Cindi worked as a Manager of Employee Communications at Milacron Inc. from 2007 to 2009. Cindi transitioned to a Real Estate Agent role at Comey & Shepherd from 2009 to 2012. Cindi then moved to Enquirer Media and held multiple positions, including Reporter, City Hall and real estate beats, Opinion Engagement Writer/Editor, Business Editor, and Investigative & Enterprise Editor from 2012 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Editor/Politics at The Denver Post. Cindi then joined Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK as an Executive Editor of Courier & Press + The Gleaner and Southern Indiana Regional Editor from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are employed at The Indianapolis Star as a Senior News Director.
