Idania Arroyo

Idania Arroyo has over 20 years of experience in training and development, currently serving as the Manager of Training Delivery at The Beachbody Company since October 2011. In various roles, including Training Analyst and Instructional Design Specialist, Idania creates engaging training content, builds comprehensive instructional materials, and leads needs analysis with business stakeholders to improve training effectiveness. Expertise in implementing learning solutions includes a significant project on Knowledge Base rollout using Right Now Systems (Oracle). Prior experience at Bally Total Fitness involved collaborating with management for staffing and training initiatives, managing performance targets, and conducting interviews. Idania holds a Bachelor of Education in Instructional Design from Ashford University and is pursuing a Business Management degree at Fullerton College.
