Jennifer Holly possesses extensive experience in legal affairs and contract management, currently serving as Vice President of Legal Affairs at The Beachbody Company since August 2015, and previously held roles including Executive Director and Director of Legal. Prior to this, Jennifer operated Holly Consulting, providing commercial and government contract consulting from June 2012 to July 2020. Jennifer's career also includes significant positions at the David Allen Company, Corporate Contract & Intellectual Property Consultants, Centre Consulting, and BST, where contributions involved developing and managing contracts, intellectual property, and governmental contracting solutions. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Duke University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law.
