Kinjal Desai

Kinjal Desai is a seasoned Software Development Manager with extensive experience in software development and team leadership across various industries. Currently employed at Beachbody since May 2021, Kinjal previously held a similar role at Improvement Interactive from September 2014 to May 2021, focusing on Angular, Node.js, Typescript, and MongoDB. Prior experience includes serving as a Lead Software Developer at Gyrus Systems, where direct reporting to the CEO involved team mentorship, and as a Senior Software Developer/Architect at the Children’s Oncology Group, where responsibilities included establishing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
