Marina P. Zazanis

Marina Co-Founded Kytogenics Pharmaceutical, Inc. in 1993 and has been its Chief Executive Officer and President since 1987. Ms. Zazanis is responsible for managing the research and development of the Chitin platform technology. She Co-Founded NMR of America, Inc. ("NMR") in 1983 and served as its Chief Executive Officer since 1987. From 1991 until 1993, she served as President of NeoGenix, Inc. Since 1956, she has been involved as shareholder and Director of Clement Pappas & Co., Inc. She serves on the Board of Clement Pappas & Company, Inc. She served on the Board of Directors of the Beaches, on the Alumni Board of Hood College. She also served as a Trustee of the Maliotis Foundation. She is a member of the Controlled Release Society. She has a B.A. degree in English from Hood College, Frederick MD.
