Floyd Gates

Floyd Gates is an experienced litigation, banking, and corporate attorney currently serving as a Member at Bodman PLC since May 2017. In this role, Floyd has represented financial institutions nationwide in workout and related litigation, as well as in the investigation of complex fraud schemes involving claims worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Prior to this position, Floyd worked as a Principal and Senior Attorney at Miller Canfield from April 2014 to April 2017. Floyd holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Wayne State University Law School and has educational credentials from Michigan State University.
