Jaclyn Pondel

Jaclyn Pondel currently serves as the Patient Services Coordinator at Body Gears Physical Therapy since August 2021. Previously, Jaclyn held the position of Store Manager at Justice from February 2013 to December 2020, where responsibilities included delivering exceptional customer service, supervising staff, and maintaining store organization. Prior experience also includes the role of Tenant Service Coordinator at Thompson National Properties, LLC, which involved managing tenant files and coordinating property services, and serving as Store Team Lead at Walgreens, focusing on store operations and customer assistance. Jaclyn is an alumna of the College of DuPage, where studies were completed in 2021, and graduated from Maria High School in 1997.
