Sable Smith is an experienced fitness professional with a diverse background in training, therapy, and management. Currently serving as Head Coach at Orangetheory Fitness and an Exercise Therapy Technician at Body Gears Physical Therapy, Sable has developed customized wellness plans and performed comprehensive health assessments. Prior experience includes roles as a Rehabilitation Therapist at Park Forest Chiropractic, where Sable contributed to a significant revenue increase, and positions in inventory management and personal training at XSport Fitness and DICK'S Sporting Goods. Sable holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Western Illinois University.

All of our therapists are trained in the evaluation skills and manual techniques taught through years of mentoring and hands-on experience from The Institute of Physical Art. This philosophy incorporates whole body evaluation and highly specific biomechanical assessment to identify the underlying cause of your problem.
