Body Mechanix is a Fitness Co-op with five locations in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our approach to fitness and personal training was born out of the determination to bring higher standards to the clients we serve. Simply put, we’ve created an approach to total body fitness that is a refreshing change from the average gym or health club. It’s our belief that fitness solutions should be personal, and provide the elements needed to live a vibrant, pain free, lifestyle. As such our team of more than 44 Health and Fitness Professionals work together by pooling physical and intellectual resources to offer a wide range of fun, effective, individualized fitness services to our clients.
