Body Mechanix Fitness
Tamunosaki Esther Higgwe is an accomplished dance instructor with experience at United Tribes of Africa and Body Mechanix Fitness since October 2018. In addition to dance instruction, Tamunosaki has served as a Men's Sportswear Sales Specialist at Neiman Marcus since January 2019 and has worked as a freelance hairstylist since August 2013. Previous roles include Training Ambassador and Sales Specialist at Gucci from September 2017 to September 2018, and Manager at Heavenly Couture Inc. from September 2014 to September 2015. Tamunosaki is an alumna of the University of California, Berkeley, where education was completed between 2012 and 2016.

Body Mechanix is a Fitness Co-op with five locations in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our approach to fitness and personal training was born out of the determination to bring higher standards to the clients we serve. Simply put, we’ve created an approach to total body fitness that is a refreshing change from the average gym or health club. It’s our belief that fitness solutions should be personal, and provide the elements needed to live a vibrant, pain free, lifestyle. As such our team of more than 44 Health and Fitness Professionals work together by pooling physical and intellectual resources to offer a wide range of fun, effective, individualized fitness services to our clients.
