BODYBAR Pilates
Sarah Chaves is a Managing Owner at BODYBAR Pilates, instructing group and private Pilates Reformer and Mat classes, leading a team of instructors and sales associates, and forming partnerships in the community. With previous experience at EXOS, Club Pilates, and as a Dance Instructor and Brand Ambassador, Sarah's background in Pilates, fitness, and customer engagement has been valuable. Sarah also has experience as a House Manager/Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Human Resources Administrator, and Store Manager, showcasing their diverse skill set and experience in various roles. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Emmanuel College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
