Sue Bilich has extensive experience in aquatic instruction, serving as a Group and Individual Instructor at BodyBusiness since October 1987. Bilich specializes in working with seniors and holds certifications from the Aquatic Education Association and Arthritis Foundation, as well as training in rehabilitation techniques such as Aquatic Therapy, Myofascial Release, and water-based exercise games. Additionally, Bilich has taught swimming to both children and adults, focusing on stroke improvement and coaching techniques. Prior experience includes various roles in health care facilities and country clubs from 1975 to 2012. Education includes a BA in Physical Education and Art Education from LSU Shreveport, along with ongoing professional development through Continuing Education Courses.

We are a locally-owned and female-founded gym. In 1984 we got our start as an aerobics studio and have now grown to 2 full-service health clubs & spas. Mostly, we are a community of people striving to feel better, move more, & have fun! Keeping Austin Fit for over 25 years!
