Ben Fidler

Ben began his career in strategy consulting working for the LEK Partnership. He moved to investment banking in 1997, as an equity research analyst covering the Aerospace & Defence sector at Kleinwort Benson and then Deutsche Bank. Joined Rolls-Royce plc in 2017 where he held a number of senior management positions including Director of Group FP&A, Vice President Business Performance and Deputy Group CFO. Was a Non-Executive director of ITP Aero engines in Spain and Rolls-Royce SMR.

Masters degree in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford.
