Hana Reader

Hana Reader is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Senior HR Business Partner for Emerging Markets at Bodycote since February 2023, overseeing HR operations across seven countries, including the Czech Republic and China. Previously, Hana held key HR leadership roles, including Head of HR Centre of Expertise at Orkla Foods Česko a Slovensko and Head of HR Industrial Operations at Zentiva. Hana's extensive experience also includes positions as Global HR Project Manager Generics at Sanofi and various HR roles at Zentiva and Accenture, beginning as an HR Administrator at Dixons Retail. Hana holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of New York in Prague and a Certificate in Personnel Practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
