Patrick Larmon is a Non-Executive Director at Bodycote plc. Prior to their current position, they were the Executive Vice President & Owner at Packaging Products Corporation from January 1985 to December 1990. Patrick took significant financial risk to acquire a distribution business, raised capital and won significant market share from the competition, and sold to Bunzl 2/1/1990.

From 1990 to 1995, Patrick was with QC Supply, Inc. (owned by Charlesbank Capital Partners) as the Vice President of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for QC Supply’s day-to-day operations and strategic planning.

In 1995, Patrick became the President and CEO of Pestell Nutrition Management (owned by Wind Point Partners, LLC), where they successfully repositioned the company and grew its revenues significantly.

In 2002, Patrick became the President and CEO of Diversified Foodservice Systems (owned by New Mountain Capital, LLC). Under their leadership, the company more than doubled its revenues and EBITDA within three years.

In 2005, Patrick joined Bodycote plc as the Non-Executive Director. In this role, they provide strategic guidance to the Board of Directors and is a member of the Audit Committee.

From 2006 to 2009, Patrick was with Huttig Building Products, Inc. as the Chairman of the Board. In this role, they provided strategic direction to the company and helped

Patrick Larmon holds an Executive Masters of International Business from Saint Louis University, a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Operations Management from Loyola University Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Economics from Benedictine University. Patrick is also a Certified Public Accountant.
