Paul Jerram

Paul Jerram has extensive experience in various leadership roles within international companies. Paul most recently served as the Vice President of Surface Technology EMEA at Bodycote starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were the Interim Chief Executive Officer at John Henry Group in 2021. From 2017 to 2020, Jerram held the position of VP & Regional Managing Director, Europe & Asia at CHROMALLOY and also served as the Regional General Manager & Managing Director, Europe from 2017 to 2018. Paul was the Vice President of Special Projects at Precison Castparts Corporate from 2016 to 2017. Jerram held the role of Managing Director & VP at SPS Technologies - TJ Brooks Division (Precision Castparts Corp) from 2014 to 2016. From 2011 to 2014, they were the President (formerly Managing Director & VP) at Triumph Structures - Farnborough (formerly PCC Primus Composites FCD). Prior to that, Jerram served as the Managing Director at SPS Technologies - TJ Brooks Division (Precision Castparts Corp) from 2006 to 2011. Paul began their career as the Operations Director at Jones & Shipman Ltd in 1998.
