Vadym Savelyev

Vadym Savelyev has extensive work experience in the field of quality management and operational excellence. Vadym is currently serving as the Director of Quality at Bodycote since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor for Quality, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement from April 2020 to September 2021, with the company name unspecified.

Before that, Vadym worked at Oerlikon from July 2015 to April 2020 as the Global BU Quality and OpEx Manager. Vadym was responsible for establishing global quality standards and implementing a Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015, AS9100 Rev D, and customer requirements. Vadym also played a key role in setting up a laboratory and achieving Nadcap accreditation.

Vadym's earlier experience includes working as the Director of Operations and Quality at Automethane from May 2002 to November 2006. In this role, they managed operations and oversaw multiple locations in different countries, including testing and certification of gas cylinders and equipment installation, manufacturing, and sales related to Compressed Natural Gas and Liquid Petroleum Gas (CNG and LPG).

In terms of certifications, they have obtained several, including CLCSR from Pratt & Whitney in 2022, ISO9001:2015 / AS9100 D Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor Training from Oerlikon in 2017, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Oerlikon in 2016, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Oerlikon in 2015, among others.
