Victoria Chen

Victoria Chen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2011, they worked at Apple as a Genius and later as a Family Room Specialist, demonstrating expertise in Apple hardware and software. Victoria then joined Nationwide Insurance as an Application Engineer, where they were responsible for project management and creating workarounds for applications. Victoria also worked as a Writer and Photographer at GaijinPot, Izanau, and SavvyTokyo, covering various topics related to life in Japan. At Twitter, they served as an IT Engineer, handling software, hardware, and server issues and managing contracts with vendors. Victoria then joined WeWork in 2018, taking on roles such as QA Engineer, Corporate Technology Lead, and Impact Lead, where they focused on community-building, sustainability efforts, and promoting diverse work styles. Most recently, Victoria is working as a QA Analyst at Bodygram, Inc. since 2022.

Victoria Chen attended The Ohio State University from 2005 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Japanese with a field of study in Japanese Language and Literature. Following that, they enrolled in The Ohio State University again from 2012 to 2017, this time studying Computer Science Engineering and obtaining a degree in the same field. In April 2014, Victoria also received certification as an Apple Certified Mac Technician from Apple.
