Jacqueline Mito

Jacqueline Mito is a seasoned wellness and high performance consultant currently with DeRose Method since April 2016 and serves as a personal teacher for TRACK&FIELD and a personal trainer at Bodytech Company. Prior roles include specializing in meditation and mindfulness at DeROSE Method Ipanema, supervising franchises and retail operations at Urban Arts, bb básico, Equus Denim Brand, TNG Comércio de Roupas Ltda., and Mr. Kitsch e M.Officer, as well as managing a store at M.Officer. Jacqueline holds advanced degrees in Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, and Neurosciences from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, and has furthered expertise in quality of life, performance, and marketing management from DeRose Method and Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes, along with a bachelor's degree in Social Communication Journalism from UNOPAR.
