Ana Moreno has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Ana started their career in the Infectious Diseases Department at Grupo Ferrer Internacional in 2004. From there, they worked at the Institute of Neurosciences and the University of Manchester in research laboratory roles. In 2009, Ana joined Masterfarm S.L. as a member of the Clinical Pharmacovigilance Department, responsible for the Documentation Unit. Ana then briefly worked at GOC Networking in epidemiological studies. In 2010, Ana joined CDM Barcelona as the Medical Lead before progressing to Medical & Scientific Affairs Manager and eventually Medical & Scientific Affairs Director. In 2017, they started working at Omnicom Health Group as a Medical & Scientific Affairs Director. Finally, in 2022, Ana joined Boehringer Ingelheim as the Medical Affairs Services Team Lead.
Ana Moreno attended the Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Human Biology with a focus on the Pharmaceutical Industry. Ana then pursued further education at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, completing a Masters Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from 2005 to 2006. Ana continued their studies at the same university and received a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from 2005 to 2009.
