Brent Hauser

Brent Hauser, MBA, CSCP, serves as the Director of Manufacturing Execution Systems at Boehringer Ingelheim since April 2014, leading Change Management initiatives across multiple sites in Missouri and Iowa through a significant SAP ERP implementation. Prior to this role, Brent held various positions at DuPont Pioneer from March 2011 to April 2014, focusing on the implementation of the DuPont Production System across diverse North American production facilities, where Brent emphasized training and leadership development. Additionally, Brent has a rich history at Sauer-Danfoss, where from March 1998 to March 2011, roles included Operations Project Manager, Global Project Manager, and Process Engineer, contributing to logistics and production improvements across multiple international settings. Brent holds an MBA in Agriculture, Food, and Biosystems from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from the same institution.
