Danielle Sheehan

Danielle Sheehan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Danielle started their career as a Network/Systems Administrator and Desktop Support Technician at Hudson Scenic Studio, where they played a key role in expanding the company's network and servers. Danielle then transitioned to Higher One as the Director of Change Management and Co-Manager of Production Systems, where they focused on providing payment and data analytics tools to colleges and universities. Danielle continued their career at Eversource Energy as an IT Infrastructure Engineer, leading projects such as AD forest merging and Windows 7 deployment planning. Currently, they work as a Senior Principal Engineer at Boehringer Ingelheim.

Danielle Sheehan earned a BFA with Honors in Technical Theatre from Carnegie Mellon University from 1989 to 1993. Danielle also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including CCENT from Cisco in 2013 and a combination of MCSE/MCP/MCDST from Microsoft in 1998. In addition, they received an ITIL Foundations Certification from Pink Elephant in 2010 and an MCSA certification in Server 2012 from Microsoft in 2013.
