Kamil Bihary

Kamil Bihary currently serves as the Country Head of Animal Health for Boehringer Ingelheim in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, a position held since January 2019, where Kamil has successfully led the integration of teams and processes following the merger of Merial and BI AH. Prior experience includes serving as Country Manager for British American Tobacco, managing the Slovak market with full P&L responsibilities, and as Field Sales Manager at Partner in Pet Food, where Kamil implemented a new sales model that enhanced efficiency and revenue. Additional roles at Reckitt Benckiser and Procter & Gamble included leading sales teams and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth. Kamil holds a Master's degree in Adult Education and Personnel Management from Charles University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution.
