Karen Correa

Karen Correa is an accomplished professional in clinical development operations with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as VP of Clinical Development Operations at Boehringer Ingelheim since November 2024, Karen also holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board at CAMcare Health Corporation since January 2016. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Head of Global Clinical Operations at Takeda from September 2020 to July 2024, and Associate Vice President of Clinical Operations at Rocket Pharmaceuticals from April 2019 to September 2020. Additionally, Karen was the Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Adare Pharmaceuticals from January 2016 to April 2019. Academically, Karen holds a PhD in Health Sciences from Trident University International and a Pharmaceutical Management Certificate from Cornell University.
