Nicolas Tourneur

Nicolas Tourneur has extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing Science and Technology - Bioprocess and Strategic Projects Director at Boehringer Ingelheim since October 2012. Notable projects include the development and market implementation of a new effervescent vaccine tablet range and the construction of an industrial biology laboratory. Prior to this role, Nicolas was the Head of Biological Production, Site Director, and Joint Venture Manager at Merial, a Sanofi Company, from August 2005 to October 2012, and held various leadership positions at Merial from November 1991 to 2005, focusing on antigens production and filling and freeze-drying operations. Nicolas holds a degree in Biology/Biochemistry from INSA Lyon and has completed a business academy program in 2017.
