Sebastiraj Arulanandu is a seasoned software development leader with extensive experience in business process management and solutions architecture. Currently serving as Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously held the position of Director - Head for BPM Presales & Solutions at Virtusa, where responsibilities included global leadership in BPM-Pega presales and consulting. Prior roles involved senior architect positions at Lloyds TSB and FedEx Services, alongside program management and team leadership for various BPM projects at MasterCard, Level 3 Communications, and Wipro Technologies. Sebastiraj began a career in software engineering at Nucleus Software and Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd/Polaris Software Lab after earning an MCA in Computer Applications and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
