Stefan Reinhold Pohl

Stefan Reinhold Pohl is an experienced professional in learning, development, and employee engagement, currently serving as the Head of Learning, Development and Engagement at Boehringer Ingelheim since November 2023. Previously, Stefan held roles including Head of Employee Experience & People Analytics at AOP Health for a brief period in September to October 2023, and a significant tenure at Takeda from June 2018 to August 2023, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing employee experience, design of strategic frameworks, and overseeing learning and development initiatives. With earlier positions at Shire, Baxalta, Baxter BioScience, Austrian Post, Oracle, Hernstein Institut für Management und Leadership, and SEMPERIT AG, Stefan has consistently focused on process optimization, cultural change, and strategic development, complementing a strong academic foundation in Information and Knowledge Management from Hochschule Burgenland.
