Sudesh Pawaria

Sudesh Pawaria is a Senior Principal Scientist at Boehringer Ingelheim since September 2023, focusing on novel cancer immunotherapy target identification, validation, and development, while leading cross-functional collaborations. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Scientist at Regeneron, where Sudesh led the development of therapeutic cancer vaccines and combination therapies, and as a Scientist at Agenus, leading IND-enabling pre-clinical research on neoantigen-based cancer vaccines. An academic background includes roles as a Postdoctoral Researcher at UMass Chan Medical School and the University of Pittsburgh, where Sudesh conducted translational research and managed lab operations. Sudesh began a career in research with a PhD from the Institute of Microbial Technology, India, supplemented by a Master of Science in Biochemistry from Panjab University.
