Xavier Guilhemjouan

Xavier GUILHEMJOUAN is an experienced professional in engineering and project management within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Automation Building & Infrastructure at Boehringer Ingelheim since September 2016, Xavier has led significant projects such as the Antares project, which involves the construction of a new vaccine production site in Lyon, and the ACE project, focusing on the transfer of R&D activities for Merial. Previous roles include Chargé d'affaires TCE at Pharmacos and Assistance Maîtrise d’Ouvrage at Assystem, where Xavier managed various projects related to pharmaceutical facilities and infrastructure upgrades. Xavier holds a general engineering degree in Mechanical and Production Systems from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tarbes (1997-2002).
