Daan van der Vorm 🇳🇱

Daan Van der Vorm is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Algemeen directeur at SHAPE Capital BV since June 2022, Daan has been the CEO of Next Real Estate B.V. since March 2003 and is also the Company Owner of NEXT NRG B.V. since January 2016. In addition to these roles, Daan contributes to various organizations as a member of the supervisory board at SWK and participates in investment committees for BOEi. With a strong academic background, including degrees from Erasmus University Rotterdam and Amsterdam School of Real Estate, Daan has also held several governance positions, enhancing expertise in conflict resolution and governance through education at Governance University.
