Jason Edwards

Jason Edwards has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jason began their career in 2001 as a Middle School Teacher at the Fountain Valley School District and concurrently served as a High School Teacher at the Garden Grove Unified School District. In 2002, Jason took on a role as a National Ski Patrol Emergency Medical Technician at Snow Summit, which lasted until 2008.

In 2004, Jason transitioned to the aerospace industry, joining Boeing Intelligence & Analytics as a Quality Engineering Lead, a position they have held since then. Additionally, they became a Licensed Realtor at Tarbell Realtors in the same year, but left the real estate industry in 2009.

From 2001 to 2006, Jason also served as a Public Works Sanitary District Commissioner at the City of Garden Grove.

In 2016, Jason joined Revolution Financial Management as a Financial Service Specialist, where they worked until 2020.

More recently, in 2020, they became a Flight Instructor at Funoutside Aviation Academy.

Jason Edwards has a diverse education history primarily focused on aviation. In 2020, they attended the Funoutside Aviation Academy, where they earned a degree as an Instrument Flight Instructor Airplane CFII, specializing in Aviation. During the same year, they also completed a Certified Flight Instructor Single Engine Airplane program at Funoutside Aviation Academy. Additionally, Jason received training at Helistream in 2020, where they obtained certifications as a Certified Flight Instructor Helicopter and as an Instrument Flight Instructor - Helicopter CFII.

Continuing their aviation studies, in 2019, Jason pursued a Helicopter Commercial Add On program at Helistream. Jason also completed a Commercial Pilot License Single Engine Land Aircraft program at Funoutside Aviation Academy. Furthermore, in 2019, they continued their training at Helistream, completing programs in Helicopter Instrument Add On and Helicopter Private Pilot Add On, expanding their skills in aviation.

Prior to their aviation-focused education, Jason attended California State University, Fullerton from 1997 to 2002. Jason obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physics. While at the university, they also pursued a Minor in Mathematics. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Instrumental Music Education, specializing in Instrumental Music Education, from California State University, Fullerton. Furthermore, Jason holds a SEL Private Pilot Certificate from Sunrise Aviation, although the specific start and end years are not provided.
