Kirsty Shears is currently the Quality Engineering Lead at Project 3 Mobility, where she leads the development of Quality Engineering methods and processes, facilitates Quality History and Lessons Learnt with engineering teams, and ensures alignment with customer requirements. She has extensive experience in quality management roles at companies such as Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd and Crosby Composites Ltd. Kirsty's background includes expertise in ISO accreditation, managing quality targets, and implementing quality processes within the automotive industry. Additionally, she holds a Master's degree in Engineering Business Management from Coventry University.
