Aaron Bertolucci

Aaron Bertolucci, MBA, currently serves as a Supplier Base Management Specialist at Boeing since October 2025. Prior to this role, Aaron held various leadership positions at WB Industries MBE/DBE from June 2019 to October 2025, including Manager of Estimating, Planning and Design and Sales, where responsibilities included training over 50 employees on new processes and managing relationships with major clients such as Boeing and Lockheed Martin. Aaron's experience also encompasses IT supervision, project management, and sales coordination, with a focus on implementing IT security measures, conducting company-wide training on the Epicor ERP system, and negotiating project agreements. Aaron earned a Master of Business Administration from Maryville University of Saint Louis and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
