Aaron Reed

Aaron Reed is a veteran manufacturing senior leader with several years of experience in the industry. Having worked at Boeing in various capacities, including Senior Manager and Operations Manager, they have developed proficiency in management as well as knowledge of Lean Principles, Kepner Tregoe methodologies, and 5S practices. Aaron has trained in Green Belt techniques for problem-solving using Six Sigma methodology and has created standard work and documentation through Value Stream Mapping. Aaron earned two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from Southern New Hampshire University, with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
