Abigail Stokes

Abigail Stokes is a Senior Counsel at Boeing Defense, Space & Security, specializing in government contracts compliance and litigation. They have nearly a decade of experience with the Department of the Navy’s Office of General Counsel, where they handled complex acquisitions and developed innovative contracting approaches. Prior to Boeing, Abigail served in various roles, including Counsel at Crowell & Moring LLP and Government Contracts Counsel at Miller & Chevalier Chartered, focusing on significant statutory and regulatory compliance matters. Abigail received a Department of Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award in 2019 and was honored with an Acquisition Excellence Award in 2012. They hold a JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
